Welcome to FecdiVibe. By downloading, accessing, or using our iOS application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms are read together with our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
FecdiVibe does not require account registration or login in the current version. Features are tied to data stored locally on your device (pet profile, readings, coins, and preferences). You are responsible for securing your device and Apple ID used for purchases.
The App currently includes:
We may add, change, or remove features over time. A future "Pro" subscription tier may be introduced; unless explicitly offered and purchased by you, Pro benefits do not apply.
You agree not to:
"User Content" includes pet photos you submit and profile information you enter. You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us and our AI service providers a limited license to process User Content solely to operate the mood analysis feature you request.
You are responsible for the content you upload. Do not submit images containing sensitive personal data unrelated to your pet.
Mood scores, labels, fun quotes, and Care Plan suggestions are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided for entertainment and general wellness inspiration only.
Consumable in-app purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or Apple's policies. To request a refund, contact Apple Support. For purchase issues you may also email us at sharrie.yvlneri@outlook.com.

The App may request Camera and Photo Library access when you choose to capture or select a pet photo. Denying permission limits related features but does not terminate these Terms. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The App, including its design, branding, text, and software (excluding your User Content), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read it.
We strive to keep FecdiVibe available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, suspend, or discontinue without notice. Third-party AI or App Store outages may affect analysis or purchases.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect users or comply with law. Sections that by nature should survive (disclaimers, limitations, governing law) will survive termination.
THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON AI OUTPUT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US THROUGH IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence unless mandatory local consumer laws require otherwise. Disputes should first be reported to sharrie.yvlneri@outlook.com so we can attempt to resolve them informally.
